William R. Mott, Ph.D., is a consultant, speaker, author, teacher and leader in the school and nonprofit world. Bill’s successful career includes being the head of two private schools, president of a small college, director of a historic house museum and director of development of a nationally recognized university. He currently serves as the coordinator of the master’s program in Independent School Leadership at Trevecca Nazarene University in Nashville, Tenn. Bill earned his doctorate in Educational Leadership from Vanderbilt University and regularly consults with schools and NPOs regarding all aspects of board and governance issues.
