William R. Mott, Ph.D., is a consultant, speaker, author, teacher and leader in the school and nonprofit world. Bill’s successful career includes being the head of two private schools, president of a small college, director of a historic house museum and director of development of a nationally recognized university. He currently serves as the coordinator of the master’s program in Independent School Leadership at Trevecca Nazarene University in Nashville, Tenn.
